Amitola is the Native American word for Rainbow, a name which well suits our stud of many colours.
Here at Amitola Pintos and Arabians it is our aim to combine the exquisite presence of the Arabian with the range of colours available in the Pinto genes, to produce beautifully coloured high percentage Arabian's to suit the show ring, endurance, western or pleasure riding. While the idea of breeding dual registerable Pintos is not new, our motivation in crossing Pintos with Arabians is to produce Galloway’s with beautiful necks, correct legs, athletic ability, stamina, flair, intelligence, temperament and of course versatility.

At the end of 2007 we were able to purchase and begin campaigning our main show colt, the stunning true Black and White Tobiano Stallion 'Apache Warrior' who has 62.5% Egyptian Arabian blood.
2009 saw the addition of a new colour scheme, with the purchase of an exceptional Palomino Pinto colt 'Arabianoro Anevay'.
Our stallion is complemented with a delightful band of pure Arabian mares with both Crabbet and Egyptian lines. All our coloured progeny will be dual registered with the PHPA and the AHSA. Apache Warrior will be standing to public stud from September 2009, and a limited number of progeny will also be available, all foals will be registered with Arabian percentages of 75%.
